This is seriously the worst subway experience I’ve ever had. They don’t listen to what you ask for, they don’t know how to make a simple sandwhich and they’re useless. Where did you find your employees? They stand there gossiping taking forever to make your food and they make it wrong. Opened my subway for it all to fall out and also not be what I even asked for. So disappointed

Absolute trash hole, the manager Lizzy is just not cut out to be a manger straight up, and Donna screaming and yelling at staff while customers are present is just beyond a joke! Wouldn’t pass a health inspection if they were to do one honestly just all’s round stupid!

I’d like to say a massive thank you to Ryan & sky for their outstanding customer service. I couldn’t complain about a single thing when it comes to their service & time management. I had stepped in to subway one afternoon for lunch & they seem to be very busy but rest assured Ryan & sky swiftly & happily got through the queue of people with such bright smiles on their faces. Great team here. Good work guys keep it up! Xx

Don't order multiple meats, they blatantly con you by putting only 2 pieces in a foot long. I was embarassed to even ask the woman about the less meat she put in my sandwich, ahe just stood there asking fir what else i needed

This is my regular subway and unfortunately from the experience this morning I may have to find another one. After trying to place an order online it was lucky that it didn't process properly as I had arrived for the store to not be open. As I was leaving someone had arrived and explained they wouldn't be open for a couple of hrs. As I thought my order had gone through at the time I wasn't happy about them not being open yet the person proceeded to say that it wasn't there fault rather than reassuring that I would be looked after or compensated

Wow…. A kid named Auden just served me… he has an awesome attitude and great customer service. He makes a great subway sandwich as well. I really hope he goes far as he deserves it. Well done young man!

I have never been to a subway as unorganised as this one. to getting orders wrong, advertising they have one drink only to get another flavour, if your delivery partner uber cant get it right then get rid of them. I am so sick of this store, I wouldnt and I dont recommend them to anyone. The you try to complain and the phone number in google is wrong. Talk about trying to hide.

The behaviour from management in this store is absolutely disgusting. Screaming at staff, having no care in the world about who’s witnessing it. Whoever is running this place should probably get their managers back into training for customer service because this ain’t it. Highly do not recommend even if my life depended on it.
