I recently purchased the Nepal dining table with matching chairs and we absolutely love it! Great qualityand look!. The service provided by Senaak at the Narre Warren store was great! super helpful and kind!

Picked up new lounge back in December 6th and recliner is faulty and it's now 27/2 and still waiting for tech to come out. Due to product being faulty and disgusting timeframe (still unable to use the chair)I've asked for new one and been told: can't as it's made to order. I've always the one that has to make contact and there is always an excuse. I also want to order another recliner and asked for bank details and always to hard to send bank details. Strongly believe that I should receive an replacement as this has now been months and still unanswered! If needed, will take this further.

Our family had an amazing experience shopping at Johnny's Furniture in Narre Warren searching for the right table for us. Sonny at the store was an amazing help to provide honest advice on each of the tables on display. He also helped suggest ways we could mitigate our new wooden table from being perished from the sun in our home.Table is due to come soon and we are looking forward to it!

Bought a couch from them in February and it's been nothing but horrible, the pull-out sofa section has not worked since installation and the promise their technician will call to arrange a time to fix it, but I am yet to receive a call. They don't care about customer service only making the sale.

Tim in the Narre Warren store was awesome to deal with, and organised delivery of our product with in 2 days. We didn't feel preassured to purchse like other stores. Our 2 delivery guys, Will and Danny from Big Box Movers, communicated well, installed the product and took all the rubbish away with them. They were very friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Be aware and ready for the worst customer service and after sales support. They don't care about you after you've paid. Bought furniture from them and their sister store Ashley. When I bought furniture they told me that I could pick up when ready and then they flipped and said no I have to pick it up or I will be charged storage fees. I was even told that I could pool delivery from both stores to avoid paying double fees. Of course didn't happen as they forced me to pick stuff.

Found these beautiful pieces (corner lounge with chaise and dining table) in Johnny's Furniture. They offer elegant, good quality and durable furniture that will surely suit your lovely homes!The customer service of Tim, Sharon, and Andrea from the Narre Warren store are commendable. All of them were accommodating in our questions and did not badger when offering insurance or extended warranty. Tim listened to our needs and concerns, and was considerate enough to address them with no extra cost.Also, JB and Franky from Big Box Movers were prompt on delivering the items, systematic in assembling, and took out the rubbish quickly. Both of them have good attitude towards customers. Overall, they gave excellent service!

After looking for a new lounge suite for over 3 years. I finally found one. I wanted a comfortable 3 and 2 seater lounge, that was not a module or a recliner. (Very hard to find.) Found it at Johnny’s. Couldn’t fault the customer service staff. Great to see staff working as a team, to give customer’s a good experience. Delivery team also on point. Five star Communication by all staff. Love my new lounge suite.
