The staff at Sheridan Stone took the time to give upfront and friendly advise and provide excellent service. They talked me through the range of options which helped in making this part of our Reno as pain free as possible. Would highly recommend.

Very difficult to deal with. Prior to purchase they will return your calls and prioritise you to make sure they get a sale, do not expect the same after service. We had a large kitchen bench top installed 2 years ago, and the undermounted sink was not installed as per manufacturer's instruction. The sink has now failed, it is under warranty but they will not cover its removable as it was incorrectly installed. We have contacted Pam on various occasions, as has the sink company, to be told we will just need to wait as they have 15 other kitchens to install. No apologies for installing it incorrectly in the first place, and no attempt to remedy the situation they have caused. The new sink was delivered two weeks ago and I continue to not have a functional kitchen or any indication of when they are planning to rectify their mistake, because they are too busy. We went with Sheridan because they were local, save yourself the angst and go with someone who knows their stuff and takes responsibility for their work. BTW, I did call Pam one last time to try to get an estimate date and inform her I would write a complaint otherwise, only to be screamed at again, and be told how rude I was. Unbelievable.
