Nice store, just a little disappointed that no one acknowledged me when I entered the store. Also I walked around the store several times & was never asked if I needed any help. I guess it's a sign of the times.

Extremely rude staff! Very bad experience on multiple occasion! They must be really unhappy with their jobs to be treating customers like that.. Never going there again, don't need the bad vibe!!!

Absolutely the worst shop I have been in there was no service at all was not even approached and asked if I needed help still made a purchase and the lady serving was less than apologetic when told I needed help and was not even looked at would highly recommend the staff there may need some training on how to work in a retail setting

Absolute shocking place, first closing down, then they have massive sales, went there yesterday to buy $100.00 worth of goods and wanted to pay cash only to be told, we don't accept cash". Since when does a store dictate how they accept payment. Kitchen warehouse gained our business

Rude staff. Asked her a question all she said was 'no' and what do you know look around the corner and there is the product. Obviously know nothing about their stock. So rude.

I’ve tried four times to do this privately - twice through the websites contact page and twice through your Facebook messenger - but no one from House has gotten back to me in weeks so I’m having to do this publicly in the hope someone actually reaches out.My wife and I received rather poor service at this store and wish to speak to someone with actual customer service skills to try and rectify the situation.Please have a WA Area/State manager get in contact with me.
