All the staff are nice but one who is consistently unpleasant. There are a lot of petrol stations in Colac and with lovely staff so I no longer use this station.

We visited on 9 Jul 2019 noon time. Bought coffee and sandwiches. We asked to use the toilets which was outside the store with a big sign but was told to drive to the public toilets in the township. What’s the point of being a service station but not allowing drivers to use the toilets?

Stopped at colac as we needed fuel, put air in tyres and at this point my little girl (4) told me she needed to go to the toilet. I went in and asked for the key while my husband was putting air in tyres, to which I was told toilet is broken" on returning to the car and telling my husband he laughed and said he was told the same thing there a week ago with my son
