Super helpful, Richard is great. Had issues with Iridium satphone and didn't know of it was phone, battery or charger. Richard helped out by providing a battery to test with, and we confirmed that the phone and charger were ok and battery was no good. Did us a good deal on the new battery too. Richard was so busy helping us, he almost forgot to get us to pay! Great job guys, love your work . :)

I visited my daughter who lives outside Cairns. When we started, she had to walk up her driveway to make a phone call. We tested cell signal strength on the roof of the house and got 1 bar.After installing the cel-fi system, she has 4 bars of service inside the house and is able to watch Netflix movies through her phone hotspot.Richard took good care of us and gave straight answers and good advice. We brought her into the 21st century!
