In amongst Rocky's night life the Oxford Hotel can be found on East street across the road from ZambrerosOn my last night out with my fiance we stopped in here for a beer. On this night they had live music playing outside. Great atmosphere great music.They served cold beer on tap. As well as a large range of premixed drinks and wines. Do both lunch and dinner meals. Also have pokies.We enjoyed a good couple drink's here listening to live music sitting outside. Next time I'm in Rockhampton I might try a feed here.

Wonderful service. Super hot day and was looking for a reprieve from the heat for a cold lager and found this little gem.Ice cold larger, iced water and sweet potato chips with aioli so awesome.Service was outstanding and super friendly.Also serve dinner at 6-6:30, small menu but good food, large serving and very nice atmosphere.

The home made spring rolls were delicious. The pub is clean and the service was friendly. Interesting mix of people at lunchtime on a Friday, groups of retirees, some of the most derelict junkies Rockhampton has to offer and local barristers. Made for a pleasant people watching experience.

Went here for lunch today, was a bit surprised about the price, however when the meal was served you could not fault it. Steak was cooked to perfection, chips the best we have had anywhere in town and the coleslaw was fresh. The pepper sauce was full of flavour and had plenty of peppercorns. Well done the Oxford, we will be back.

It's a great place to go! All staff is super friendly and the food was extraordinary delicious. We loved the steak, steak burger, chicken burger and the onion rings. Great music and super atmosphere.Whilst the prices for food are absolutely fair, the prices for non-alcoholic drinks are totally overprices. 5 dollars for half a pint of sprite is insane.
