Old Big W is gone, replaced by this Coles. It is pretty spacious, organized and clean. Much better than many other stores inside the centre. The prices are lower than some other Coles stores for specific ranges.The checkout process could have been smoother—annoying part.

I just saw another review about stale food/chicken posted a month a ago. How about mould on crumphets second time in a week! What prompted me to jump on and review is the rotten egg taste l can't get out of my mouth!I suppose the pandemic is taking it's toll on staff availability, packing of goods and shelf life. However the boiled egg is now a trigger for me!The staff are great! Very helpful and l will be attending the store to let them know. But be mindful of bad food in these unprecedented times!

Produce is always fresh, and their bakery is amazing. Prices are decent but could do with more specials.

I'm a regular here. Fantastic store with tons of variety, but there's one huge catch that pushes me to Woolies just nearby. There are consistently excessively paranoid security guards that target and follow unconventional looking people (happened to myself and multiple of my friend). They are so blatant about following you throughout the store it's unbelievable, so uncomfortable.

Replaced the old Big W. Much better than the older store. Modern with plenty more checkouts than the old store. Significant upgrade from the previous coles. Recommend.

I wish I could give zero star.The store manager Michael doesn’t help, and talks so rude. If he don’t think he wants to help, he could just simply telling me to call customer service or what ever ways that I could try. But he didn’t, and he use the worst way to end our conversation.I don’t easily get mad to anyone but he made me so sad, so disappointed, and cried.I’ve been Coles customer for over 10 years, never seen a staff been raciest like him, will never be back to this store for sure.

A beautiful store with incompetent staff at customer service counter. She couldn't even understand the differences between CLICK AND COLLECT and HOME DELIVERY while I was requesting for a change of product/refund. Are we that short of staff after the lockdown???
