David is the best vet I've been to. He is extremely knowledgeable and doesnt take advantage of pet owners. He has performed 3 major operations on rescue dogs we have and was very reasonable on price. Without david these dogs would not be alive and have a poor quality of life. I hope david is in business for years to.come I really do. We adopt dogs with issues and david makes it alot more cost effective to help these animals

We have been taking our animals to the Ark Veterinary Surgery for the past 4 years and have always been given the best advice, whether it was for our cat, dogs or rats! Theres never been a time when we haven't received great service with a smile! Couldn't recommend them highly enough. We love all of the team there.

Awesome! I did my research (reviews & pricing) & particularly singled out The Ark Veterinary Surgery to be my ongoing for my new addition. Dave & Kay both are experienced, relaxed and so lovely. The staff are great & friendly. Would highly recommend. Thanks heaps guys!

The Ark Veterinary Surgery
We went today as returning clients after moving interstate. I had phoned to make an appointment and to update the pet details. Unfortunately they were still presuming we had the dog from many years ago, which had been euthanased, so the details via the phone were totally ignored. My wife took our dog through to the vet and we still do not know the vet's name - he didnt bother to tell us so perhaps they don't need us as customers anymore? Very disappointing customer service.

Don't waste your time or money! There are plenty of compassionate and experienced vets in the local area.David was rude, displayed no emotional intelligence, provided little information unless probed and treated us like a number to get in and out as quickly as possible. Would not recommend to anyone.This review was on behalf of my wife who attended the surgery yesterday (Tuesday, 14 January) with our family dog.We have since received a second opion that we are much more comfortable with.

Not a good experience. Dog went in for teeth descale, could walk and run and jump, now can't walk up stairs, can't jump in car, can't run. When they called for me to pick up the dog, I could hear him howling in the background.David won't admit a thing, won't offer any type of help or assistance. Just gives excuses like arthritis".Do was perfect before operation on teeth under general anaesthesia
