Drymaster Carpet Cleaning

I don't leave glowing reviews very easily, but I'm super impressed.From start to finish, the Drymaster team are fantastic. Very quick responses via email, and very easy to deal with. Pricing is very reasonable and the quality of work was excellent.Chase let me know 30 minutes out before arrival, then again when he was close. He explained exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it, and got stuck right in. He changed his shoes at the door, used corner protectors and mats so he didn't scratch up the walls and floors with his equipment. He took all care with what he was doing.This is the level of customer service and quality I'd strive for in my own business. I'd highly recommend Chase & the Drymaster team and will absolutely use them again in the future.

Not reliable. The first appointment was cancelled due to staff being ill. I was understanding of the situation as I was advised at 8am of this and the booking was rescheduled. 2nd attempt, I was waiting at home no one turned up at the rescheduled time 11am. I had to call the office to check what was going on to then be told at 11.20am that they could only come 2 hours later as technician originally booked for the job was ill. I should have been advised earlier, instead I was waiting for someone who was never going to turn up.

Haven’t had carpets cleaned professionally since lockdown and have only used Bunnings hire carpet cleaner a few times (which is basically useless) since. First time using Drymaster after reading reviews and have to say I’m very impressed the way carpets turned out. Prashant Was very professional and will be using Drymaster from now on.

Relatively straightforward booking via web and phone. Quote was reasonable. Cleaner arrived on time, seemed like a very nice guy, explained what he was doing and did a great job. Everything looks much better and we're pretty happy.

Very responsive and punctual. On-site very engaging and professional. Highly recommended with no dramas during a time (moving!) when you just want things to get done with no stress.

I have nothing but good things to say about Drymaster carpet cleaning! We have white couch that was filthy from my pups. Amila took his time to clean the couch until there's no stain or dirt showing. The price was reasonable and worth every penny. So happy!! Thank you. Will hire again and again.

Couldn’t ask for a better team, I was amazed how quickly they got the job done and they left the carpets looking spotless! I will definitely be using them again in future.Just one note: the booking system doesn’t allow time for the technicians to travel between jobs so just keep that in mind :)

Unfortunately we were unhappy with the service. They didn’t vacuum at all when it was clearly stated they would. They didn’t move any very small, light furniture despite these things being clearly stated in their pre-service documentation. They came in unprepared and had none of their equipment when they arrived. They managed to seem lost outside the apartment twice (even after coming in the first time and returning to the van for equipment) and they didn’t do anything around edges of furniture leaving uncleaned strips of carpet near each piece which should have been moved. I contacted the company with a complaint and was told the manager would call back. He never did. Definitely don’t recommend.Edit: he called back today, after obviously getting an email from head office, and explained at length how we were wrong and it was all our fault. So make up your own mind :)

I cannot recommend this company more for your carpet/upholstery cleaning. Prior to using them I used a terrible company called Melbourne Carpet Cleaning who were the worst, so I was worried having a similar experience But these guys were amazing. They were cheaper and the job was done perfectly. Went the extra mile and the job was done perfectly and I am always going to use them moving forward - thank you again. Highly recommended.
