We paid $100 for Mike to quote us on some improvements to our caravan. We paid, so he provided us a quote and we both agreed to proceed and pencilled in a date.After multiple communication attempts he cancelled days before he was supposed to do the job. We requested a refund of our initial payment, which he refused to provide.I understand someone requesting payment for quoting to ensure they’re not wasting their time. But when it’s them backing out after wasting our time and taking our money, it’s poor business practice that other customers should be warned about.
