Charged me $200 for a service when I can get it for $100 up the roadI won't be a return customer.

Friendly blokes, efficientBooked a service (Yaris 2014), came on time. Got out about an hour later.Had nice time there (third time I service the car there - great coffee shops and marina in a walking distance)

Booked my car in to get my break pads fixed and to fix a loose sound under the wheels.Then once I dropped my car off, I was met by a rude man, who spoke to my like I was a child.Within an hour or two they told me my car was ready to be picked up.On arrival, I was told what was wrong with my car, and that they weren’t available to fix it for another 2 weeks.And then issued me a diagnostic fee.After trying to discuss why my car wasn’t fixed on the day, they argued with me and spoke down to me again like I was a child.Called other local mechanic and was told I could come in and get it fixed within the hour.Will not be returning here, and would not recommend to others.

Was returning from a trip to Byron when my car started making some noise. Afraid of brake/tyre issues with a 2 hour journey ahead, I visited these guys who were the closest.Was met by a rude guy who did not bother to check or offer any help before turning me away as they were 'completely booked'. While I appreciate resource constraints, the lack of empathy is appalling. Would not recommend if servicability means anything to you!

I stood at the counter today for 5 min (might have been longer…seemed longer) and was completely ignored.Fella was talking to a guy about the best and worse cars.I certainly don’t expect him to cut his conversation short (even though it seemed like a comfy laid back chat) but there was no acknowledgment at all that I was even there waiting. No hello or I’ll be with you in a minute. And what seemed to make it worse…when one story seemed to be wrapping up they bought up a new subject. I suspect business must be good as he didn’t care one bit if I stayed or left. Disappointing
