Sarina Russo has been my JSA Provider for over a year now. I have been extremely supported with training, courses, job searches and funding to attend interviews and now with my new employment. Hannah and Denise from the Deception Bay Branch have been so supportive through my journey, I can not say thank you enough to them both, their help has been so appreciated. Not helpful in the slightest. The staff are very dismissive and doesnt seem to want to listen and help where help is needed, the lack of a supporting structure is offputting. Ive seen better support from a toilet!!

If it wasn't for the people here, I wouldn't be able to have access to so many opportunities. Now I'm about to do work experience in a hotel thanks to them. :) (better than most of the other job agencies I've been with)

I would give them 0 stars if I could.They withhold valuable information from you.They do not report information or when they do it is almost a week or two after.They report incorrect information to centrelink and because of this your payments will be affected.They dont really help you find a job.They refuse to help you with fuel cards, interview clothes etc, so you have to contact head office if you want to fix that.They really do not care about anyone. They are honestly just there to get their money.-CHANGE PROVIDERS ASAP-

I have just started with Sarina Russo at Deception Bay. My consultant Denise is extremely helpful and professional. She obviously cares about the well being and empowerment of the people she works with. She has an abundance of relevant information and tools to help you think outside of the box and get the jobs you are applying for. It is a very positive journey so far.Oh - and parking is plentiful.
