THANKS, Carpet Call Jindalee.Ben the installer did an amazing job of installing our new flooring, very detailed in every aspect from the preparation to the final finish, a very professional and skilled tradesman and a very nice guy as well, he worked tirelessly.Mohsen the Manager at the Jindalee store was also very friendly, professional and easy to deal with and very knowledgeable on his product range. We were a couple of boxes short on the product which did not taint our experience as it was handled well and resolved in a timely manner, there was no additional cost to us.

Just bought a beautiful rug from Carpet call which was delivered by sales representative “Kartik Dave” without any cost.Kartik Dave helped a lot by providing very valuable tips on how to set up room. He spent time when came home in setting up the room and also provided further ideas on how to set up couple of other rooms using rugs.Overall, great experience while dealing with Carpet call and Kartik Dave.

I just wanted to commend and thank the staff at Jindalee Carpet Call for the very positive experience we had with our recent carpet install. All of the staff - from the initial salesperson who came to give us a quote, to the manager, through to the installers, were accommodating and very professional. We were presented with a range of options to suit our needs and budget. We love the way the new carpet has invigorated our 20 year old home and would happily recommend this store.

I am happy with their price and friendly service. Mossy who is Jindalee Shop Manager was very flexible and he accommodated my needs in a professional manner. Ali was a great salesperson.I like to see 'Carpet Call' be the leader in the industry.
