Priceline Pharmacy The Grove

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience here this afternoon with the male pharmacist. His poor customer service and lack of care is doing a disservice to the pharmacy.After waiting for 10-15 minutes to have my script filled and seeing people who arrived after me having their scripts filled, I asked the staff member at the counter. I was told it was in the middle of being done. After waiting another 5 minutes and again seeing people who arrived after me being given their filled scripts, I asked the same staff member. She advised that she would tell the pharmacist to fill it straight away when he returned to the counter. She did and I was given my prescription. Only to check it and see that he had given me the wrong thing, with a higher milligram amount to what is written on my script. I went back and told him and showed him on the script, and he tells me that they don't stock the amount I need because it is the expensive one" and it can be ordered in the next day. At this stage I was beyond frustrated by his poor service and care

I don't know why this store keeps trying to give out generic medications. If you're told by customers they don't want generic please respect that and stop trying to convince them otherwise. You are not doctors after all. There was one individual here in particular who was always quite overbearing trying to convince me every time into getting the generic brand. If i don't want something, then I don't want something. End of story. Stop badgering. You're not the only game in town.

Chemist is going to poo, order a script they either can't find it or they have to ask you if it has a different name, thought pharmaceutical was their profession, some of the staff look like they don't want to be there and have no clue as to what they are doingWas the best chemist around when they first opened

A really nice little store, nicely laid out store. The staff are really helpful & nice and a huge plus is that they're not pushy.

Do not have your blister packs prepared here. They have messed up my mums meds not once not twice but three times now. Really concerned that through their incompetence someone may end up very unwell having not been given the meds they have been prescribed and given others that they haven't. Just fortunate my mum noticed the mistakes and spoke with her doctor showing him the packs to check what was going on. Mum definitely won't be going back there to get these prepared. Please do not risk it.

Was a very stressful day and my child wasn't being very cooperative. The staff were very helpful and patient with me. I am pregnant and wanted to know if the product was safe to use for pregnancy and she took the time to find out all the information, not rushing me and just generally understanding the situation I was in. They are great!! Was amazing.

Second time in a row filling the same script that I’ve been told they have no stock and to come back another day.First time female staff member was apologetic, second time male staff didn’t seem to care. Surely it’s not difficult to keep stock for scripts you have on file that are purchased periodically… ?Sorry guys, will be finding another pharmacy to fill my scripts from now on

Love the staff here, they are fantastic! The store also seems to have a big range with lots of choices. There is sometimes a little wait for a script however, I feel this is normal in busy pharmacies with plenty to browse while you wait or you can take a seat.
