Absolutely bombastic staff. Telling people to take it up with higher up in AP when requesting a detailed receipt for damages item. Then holding up her hand and saying ‘be quiet’ Service refused when told that that was rude

Not a person in sight, I’m trying to lodge my kids passports and told I have to wait as it’s a one person at a time to lodge a passport while all 4 staff members are standing around talking. Unfortunately that industry hires stale old Karen’s that will never change their attitude.

Extremely rude staff (ladies). Every time I used this branch, I had the same experience. You tell them “hello, how are you” and the ladies just stare at you with an empty look. You repeat “How are you”, the result is the same! I am not exaggerating; it really happened to me!I wanted to post items and asking for a box and the lady intentionally stressed me by saying Oh! you may need a bigger box which even makes it more expensive! I said sorry there was something a bit heavy mistakenly in the bag (no need to be sent) and she said the result is the same! It was completely obvious that it was definitely intentional.Also I paid a lot for my postage, they prompted me to forcibly buy a pen of $ 1.10 which is not worth that amount at all. I threw it way.In this branch, it happened to me many times that asking the same question from different staff, gave me completely different result!This branch’s manager seriously needs to have a training session with the staff (ladies mostly) regarding customer service principles in the modern society.

Nurse here - while taking away pens for people's safety during the COVID-19 pandemic is a good precaution, this is completely ineffective unless social distancing is implemented. Customer service is lovely, however, during my visit staff started checking shelves and standing right next to myself and other customers at the parcel station, which also should only be allowing one customer per side as it is not 1.5m apart. While I know this is difficult when the store is busy, and it was, perhaps introducing a store customer limit would be best for the safety of customers and your staff. Please give your staff a training session on infection precautions.

Extremely rude demanded a death cert for mail reditection of a deceased estate wich according to their guidelines they cant ask for and a family member can apply for this. I told by staff i was probably lying about the death. This post office has definitely gone down hill

Good Place, nice helpful people, lots Of people at counter for Customer service, resulting in quick customer service. Never disappointed .a happy customer.

Went in to get a passport application sent off, was blasted for having a bad photo where it was all wrong and nothing was right". Absolutely blasted

Every other Aus post shop we've been to, the staff have been lovely. It's unfortunate that the Sunbury staff can't be nice, even to their regular customers. Maybe a holiday might help change their attitude..

This post office just closes its doors when they go to lunch. You just get a printed piece of paper on the door and a sliding door in your face.

Worst customer service experience ever. Jodi at the counter was disgustingly rude. Very patronising.
