I realy liked the bunch of flowers that was delivered to me today. Different than a normal bunch and got to me in the time specified by the gift giver.

Terrible service, do not ever order the flowers as they are hugely expensive and the arrangements are usually interspersed with half dead flowers....very disappointing and the girls are rude, impatient and cold.

Beautiful gifts but honestly over the years I've attended this store the customer service has consistently been awful. Never once have I been greeted or made to feel welcome. Last visit was today - won't be coming back have lost a customer for good.

Went into this shop in Secret Harbour when it first opened and the sales girl ignored me the whole time I was there but I gave her the benefit of the doubt as the shop had just opened and I figured she had her hands full. However, I went in again today and I got the same reception. There was no greeting when I first walked in and even though I was the only one in the shop she never asked if I needed any help. I might as well have been invisible. Total turnoff. Won't be going back. Their gifts are massively overpriced as well.

Ohhhh my heart.These flowers are divine. An unexpected surprise from my closest friend. She ordered them from across the other side of the county. I was having such a down time and this generous gift really picked me up. I can't review on the price or customer service as I was the recipient, but this bouquet is the most beautiful bunch of flowers. Thank you.
