Spencer called in response to a strata callout for emergency unblocking of common property sewer pipes causing waste water to not drain from kitchen and bathroom plumbing. The callout was prompt and professional and Spencer arrived when he said he would and was thoroughly professional. Blockage cleared and site cleaned and disinfected on completion.
