VetWest Yokine have been incredible. Our pup Archie was hit by a car and we have been soo impressed by Dr Tanya Tan’s expertise, skill level as a vet and surgeon and her care for our baby. Jadzia has also been a fantastic support to us and Archie and makes an amazing Vet Nurse.Cecilia the practice manager is lovely to deal with at the desk and makes the whole process a lot easier.Thanks guys, your continued care and support is much appreciated.

I was really great full I was able to get two appointments for my cat at short notice and had confidence my cat was being well cared for. She is nearly made a full recovery.

I contacted VetWest Yokine with an unwell kitten, I was very distressed and the team were very calm and supportive over the phone and made time to see us right away.The Vet took Bones through right away, quickly diagnosed him and provided me with the correct medication to help him feel better.They lodged my pet insurance claim on my behalf and have followed up via phone to make sure my kitten is improving.The emergency service including medication was so affordable and the entire team were so kind.Will be taking both of my babies here regularly in the future.Thank you VetWest Yokine!

Ok so the emergency part of this vet clinic great but the general vet…I’ve been a few times and those visits I haven’t left too pleased.Communication between the staff seems to be a struggle eg. I tell the vet everything but they don’t relay the important parts back to the other vet causing frustration that I need to repeat it all again, because the second vet is telling me information I already know and not answering the questions I’m there for.Even with that doesn’t feel like the vets are properly listening and treating me like an owner who’s oblivious.I’ve 10+ years (and going) experience in the pet care industry. Yes I’m not a vet but I’ve learnt the basics of pet care.Sorry but I won’t be recommending this vet to my customers and animal owning friends

Our cat got injured and required stitches, we arrived on Saturday evening were seen to very quickly had our options and costings presented, our cat was in overnight, when we picked him up the next morning we were presented with his medications and a detailed printed plan on how to administer those medications, after his 3 day check up he has recovered well.Very happy with the team and service we received.

My wife and I have been taking our cats (sadly, fewer in number now due to their age) to VetWest for many years. The staff have always been very caring and professional. Dr Yolande has been wonderful in 2022 caring for two of our cats, Marvin (R.I.P.) and Ginja Ninja (sadly, battling a terminal illness).

Super kind and caring staff, very clean clinic, they don’t push examinations or treatments if my puppy starts to become distressed to ensure he enjoys coming to the vet (unless it’s urgent and they get the job done). They use distraction techniques when giving my puppy his injections and didn’t even feel them!

The staff @Vet West Yokine are friendly and helpful from the moment you walk through the door. Yolande the vet that is treating our cat is both knowledgeable and very understanding and compassionate. I would highly recommend Vet West Yokine to any pet owner.
