Alpha Car Hire Brisbane Airport

Best car rental experience to date. It literally took one minute to pick it up, one minute to drop off and got a free airport shuttle. The car was approximately 3 years old and in good condition. Their office is nice and very well organised . Outstanding value for money.

Very helpful staff and great rates for car rental. Car performed well, no problems. My security deposit was returned to my card immediately I dropped the car off at the end of the rental period,It’s worth noting that the Alpha depot is not at the airport, and they provide a shuttle bus from the terminal. So it does take longer to collect your vehicle, and that’s one reason it’s cheaper. For me, that was no problem, but just fyi.

On June 10 I entered a crazy scene where the service station was immensely short staffed and there was a long customer queue for car pickup. It took me over 1 hour to get keys to my rented car and the car legit did not even lock properly.I was also informed that $1000 would be held as security deposit and released ASAP on car return. It has now been day 3 since I returned the car and I was of the view that my bank didn’t process return payment. It turns out alpha didn’t.The device is disappointing even though the far rental is cheap. Also the shuttle service is very unreliable. Never hiring from alpha.

We landed in brisbane after a late night flight at around 6AM in the morning.Alpha doesn't open until 7AM, we were happy to wait but as we were waiting at the bus stop, we saw the alpha bus that does pick up and drop off stop around 6:45AM. They did an early drop off for a client as he had to catch his flight by 7AM. They then allowed us to jump on the bus at pick up our by 7:05AM.This car served us so well, from brisbane, to Gold Coast, driving up the hills of Springbook National Park, driving to Lamington National Park, to Nimbin, to Byron Bay..Ran smoothly, handled the roads excellently. Was a well serviced car and very fuel efficient.Can't thank them enough for being so affordable and accessible! Will be staying with them for any future car hire needs.

We found hiring a car with alpha to be a very pleasant experience. The people were friendly and efficient. The shuttle bus driver ( particularly on the return trip) was helpful and pleasant. The car was clean and suited our purpose and our budget.Thank you.

We highly recommend Alpha Car Hire in Brisbane for value for money and exemplary service. We were a little concerned regarding the off-airport location involving shuttle service, but this worked completely smoothly. Also, every interaction with the various staff members from initial communication when booking through to shuttle drivers and desk staff was positive, efficient and cheerful. The car was good value for cost. We will definitely use Alpha again.

Arrived @ sydney airport and was easily able to get to the pick up point and wait for shuttle bus. Shuttle service was good and the location -King St is very close by.Was greeted by Ricky and he served me with excellent manner and all the details were handled superbly.The car (Hyundai Venue) was PERFECT for what I needed and it did everything I needed without a single issue. Loved driving it.I would thoroughly recommend Alpha and will choose them again easily as my go to for car rentals.A WELL deserved five stars.

Good cars, excellent variety and keen rates. Easy website booking. Airport pick up and drop off very good. Good people to deal with. I’ve used these guys twice and will continue on every Brisbane visit.

Overall it is goodPros: Price is reasonable $240 for 4 days with basic insuranceFree shuttle bus till 8:45pmCons:Schedule pick up time 10am. They said the car is not ready at 11am, at the end pick up my car at 11:30amRequest Hyundai i30 or similar but I get Mitsubishi asx. Prefer drive a smaller carCar petrol meter not accurate, it start off at 750km left. After half an hour drive , it jump up to 800km. It doesn’t give u an accurate interpretation.
