I had a truly awful experience with Godfrey's Butler Store, specifically regarding their handling of warranty complaints for Roborock products. I strongly advise against purchasing any Roborock items from this store, as they completely neglect their responsibility to address warranty issues in-store, violating consumer rights.I bought their top-of-the-line Roborock machine for over $2500, expecting exceptional service and support. Unfortunately, the reality couldn't have been further from my expectations.In its first year my Roborock encountered multiple technical problems, rendering it unusable. Naturally, I turned to Godfrey's Butler Store for assistance, assuming they would honor their warranty agreement. However, to my dismay, the store's staff refused to handle any warranty complaints on-site, leaving me with a costly machine and no solution in sight.This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and breach of consumer rights is highly frustrating and disheartening. I expected better treatment from a store of Godfrey's Butler's reputation and price range.It's deeply disappointing to witness such negligence and disrespect towards customers who have invested heavily in their products. The store's refusal to address warranty issues in-store is simply unacceptable and had to be escalated multiple times over weeks to get a solution that didn’t meet my consumer rights.I strongly caution potential buyers to avoid purchasing Roborock products from Godfrey's. Their lack of customer support and failure to address warranty problems in-store demonstrate a clear lack of responsibility. Save yourself the headache and financial loss by seeking a more reputable and customer-focused retailer for your Roborock needs.

I needed some advice regarding my vac that I had purchased through godfreys a few years ago, was approached by Kat who delivered exceptional knowledgeable service throughout... I was not expecting assistance at all when carrying the vac to & from the car although as I said service throughout..

Worst customer service vancum was sold on lies by staff vacuum didn't last more than 3 mins before turning off staff say they dnt need to tell u how long it works for and dnt care about fixing a vacuum that doesn't do the job , dnt buy from these people they are rude and dnt care as long as they get a sale stau away from them !!!!!!!
