The staff were very friendly and professional. The space was clean and well organised. The healthcare professionals who looked after me were excellent and I’m extremely impressed with the quality of our ultrasounds.

I just had my morphology scan at almost 23 weeks. Other centres didn't want to do it, and one that did canceled on me the same day. I was in a rush, but they gave me a spot, and the very nice sonographer, Sujatha, did the scan for us. We saw our healthy girl and got a beautiful picture of her. We are very grateful.

From the time I walked in and greeted by the beautiful receptionist, it was hands down the best experience I’ve had. The wonderful ultrasound technician spent the time to go over everything with me and really made sure I felt reassured. She included my 3 year old in each step of the scan and answered his questions. I can not thank the team enough for making this the most amazing experience and creating a beautiful memory for us. Highly recommend this practice if you want a lovely, memorable experience.

My husband and I went in today for NIPT and 12 weeks scan and we had an amazing experience. Everyone there including receptionists all provided excellent service. We were provided with beautiful baby scan photos and videos. Thank you

Worst and painful experience with my TV pelvic ultrasound. Sonographer was very unprofessional or untrained. I felt violeted how she did my ultrasound. She inserted and handle ultrasound probe insensitively causing pain. Worst thing she left room couple times to speak to their doctor, leaving ultrasound probe inside me which is very uncomfortable and felt so disrespectful. I have done many pelvic ultrasound never had this kind of experience. I have never wrote any review before but with this ultrasound I am very upset and disappointed. I hope they educate and train their sonographer well, so that no other patient have to experience what I have experienced.

I have been coming to this clinic since late 2020 for various ultrasounds and scans. The ladies here are very professional, compassionate and friendly. The location is also quite convenient.

I went all the way from Canberra and had my Hycosy procedure in CFWU Westmead last Monday and it was all worth it. The receptionist were very kind and lovely. The sonographer and specialist who did my TV ultrasound and Hycosy were really great and even took their time to explain to me the procedure and a brief details of their findings. I got the actual Hycosy report today which is fantastic. I have a very positive experience with them. Thank you so much.

What a nice cute little clinic. We came here for a morphology scan, they staff were friendly, the lady at the counter was extremely nice.We had a toddler with us and they really did their best to take care of him too.Extremely friendly staff, nice cosy location, makes you wanna take you shoes off when you enter. The couches are comfy and the green tea is good.Inside the scan room, it feels nice and cosy, it's a quiet environment.They have no parking had to park at Westmead Hospital. If I had to be nitpicky I'd say they need a coffee machine lol.The little balcony makes it feel nice too. We paid $300 for the scan which was priced quite normally.It is difficult to find, it is between Oporto and priceline pharmacy.

The first door on your right hand side is the place!It is a very nice place for all mother-to-be. I took my 18 weeks morphology scan here. Dr Sujatha is the best. She scanned every organ of my baby in meticulous detail and explained it to me. She answered all my questions nicely. The link of digital 2D/3D/4D images immediately sent to my phone after I paid at the counter. Very good to share with my families. Highly recommended the place and Dr Sujatha.

Booked a month in advance for a morph scan. Two weeks prior to the appointment, got told by receptionist that the sonographer is unavailable" that day and I need to reschedule to day prior. Two days prior to new appointment
