A very pleasant & professional Agency. They are very friendly and I knew the first time walking into the office, Cairns city that The Cairns Property Office were the one agency that I liked and had a positive feeling. They are the best Agency by far!

Alison was amazing and exceeded my expectations. Her communication was excellent and she prepared the unit for photographs to an unbelievably high standard. There were multiple offers in the first week above the asking price. The whole process was a breeze. I couldn't imagine a better service from an agent. Thanks Alison!

If you value your privacy I strongly suggest you don’t use Cairns Property Office. I’ve recently tried to purchase a property through them and unfortunately my privacy was compromised during the proceedings of the negotiations on the sale of a property. I’ve then further reached out to the Director of the Realestate and was advised “these things happen”. I have since removed my offer and will never purchase a property through Cairns Property Office.

I had a building and pest inspector booked for 12pm today. The booking was made by the inspector. He told us last week that Monday 12pm would be the inspection time. At 11.55am we were told by CPO that the time has been changed to next week.Me and my partner took time off work today to go to the inspection. The inspector turned up as well but no agent from CPO. Robyn Hawley-Whitton told me she is on holiday and there is nothing she can do about it.This is very unprofessional to give your client with a five minute cancellation notice. We lost a day's wages and they don't care about it.I would not recommend using this agency.

Best real estate agents I've ever had. Any problem they push for it to be fixed. If I could give 20 stars I would. Liz and her team are amazing. Would go anywhere else. Hope CPO has another great year. Keep on keeping lads. The best

We recently sold our property through CPO and were very impressed.Shane and Jen are so professional, nice, helpful and understanding during the process. With their hard work, we have achieved great price. We really appreciate it and highly recommend them to anyone who is selling property.

Living next door to a CPO managed rental I can say that their vetting of tenants is extremely poor. When alerted to the new tenants behaviour, the property manager didn’t even know how many people were residing in the property and requested neighbours to provide “proof”. Very lazy.. how about doing your job as PM and perform an inspection!

I purchased a property through CPO with Naomi and Renee, and it could not have gone better. I know the agents technically represent the seller but Naomi and Renee were great liaisons between me and the seller and facilitated what would turn out to be a longer than normal process, making it smooth and pain-free. I highly recommend them for selling or purchasing a property.
