Attune Hearing Victor Harbor
If your wife or hubby keeps telling you you are deaf don't wait until your doctor tells you go and have your hearing tested like me, get in beforehand then you can say it was your idea.The test is painless and doesn't take long and just might save several arguements you don't need to have with your partner, workmates, children and the boss.I can personally recommend Attune Hearing Victor Harbor and their staff Jo and audiologist Zoe, after they confirmed the results my doctor arrived at and gave me a set of hearing aids to try for a fortnight.I couldn't believe the differents it made, I had to ask my wife to stop talking so loudly and turn the TV volume down to 10 to watch it, instead of 25.I now have my hearing aids, they are practically invisible and I have realised what I was missing out on and it is strange when you realise how much you were missing especially in crowed places!

The staff at Attune Victor Harbour could not have been more helpful or friendly. I come from a regional area, but have friends in Victor Harbour. Attune were very flexible, fitting me in when it was possible to travel . I was getting hearing aids for the first time and I was given a lot of helpful information ,both pre purchase and during the fitting and follow up. I feel I can contact for advice/ help if and when needed and this makes the experience less stressful for a beginner. I would highly recommend their service and I had a positive experience at Mona Vale NSW , 2 years ago where I was tested

I would highly recommend Attune. Tom and Zoe were extremely professional and lovely to deal with. Tom was extremely helpful and went that extra mile to fit me in with little notice. His knowledge of services available was fantastic, as I needed some advice with what was required investigating a medical issue and getting my Medicare rebates sorted. Zoe was lovely to deal with and very patient with me during the hearing tests. I have dealt with other hearing companies before and have been disappointed. However I cannot speak more highly of the team at Attune in Victor.

Recently I had a problem with the setting of my new cochlear implant (my own fault). I rang the Attune audiologists in Victor Harbor for help but Joanne the Practice Manager explained that Louise who was the Cochlear expert worked in different offices around Adelaide and wouldn't be in the Victor Harbor office for almost a week. I told Joanne that I couldn't wear my implant and she kindly rang around to find Louise who then made a special trip from Mount Barker. What fantastic service from two wonderful ladies .

Highly recommend Attune Hearing. The team are all so friendly and are there to help. I've put off having my hearing tested and going down the road to a hearing aid as I'm quite embarassed, being 'only 30' its not common for hearing loss to occur so it made me nervous and a bit shy to have my test done. The team made me feel so comfortable and not at all embarassed. They clearly want the best for me so in testing and choosing hearing aids they listened and helped find what works for my needs.

My experience with Attune Hearing Victor Harbor was fantastic. The staff were so helpful and cheerful and I can now hear the birds singing!!! And don’t have to raise the dial on the sound for radio or television. I would happily recommend Attune to anyone needing help with their hearing .

I was embarrassed to get my hearing checked initially, but I felt it was time as I was starting to miss some things when people talk. I went in to Attune and was so pleased when the young man and the Audiologist made me feel very comfortable and explained away some of the stigma about hearing loss. Very professional and comfortable. And nice to be able to support an Australian owned and independent company

After delaying for a long time, I took the plunge and consulted Zoe about my hearing loss. What I found was a very professional specialist who knows how to treat her patients well. I appreciate her recommendation in regards to the most appropriate hearing aid for me. Overall a pleasant experience for me.
