Australia Post - Bracken Ridge LPO

The staff are always rude, the service is horrible! No wonder everytime ive been in there have been little or no customers! Ill be taking my business elsewhere!

If you could give no stars this would be the place that would receive it.I am appalled at the staff of the Australia post bracken ridge store. I had a package that was arriving today and just missed the driver. The local post office wasn't helpful when going in with options available for collection today parcel locker and tried saying the driver will arrive after 5 I said if you close at 5 what happens. On leaving the store i noticed a contractor driver i asked if he had my package she burst out the door and said she was going to make me wait. I out a complaint in to Australia post who have escalated this to thr area manager. 8 walked out at 4pm said package today which was important medicine for son. Very disappointing by the local Australia post in bracken ridge

I went there for an identity authorization which is a normal and regular task in a post office. They turned up and said we don't have the equipment to do that here, go somewhere else. I didn't know that a simple task is rocket science for them.

Rude, unhelpful and the woman behind the counter made loud derogatory comments about people in wheelchairs. It was disgraceful.

I gave a two because we are all humans and we don't know what happen in the life of each other.I send my Amazon package to Australian Post office, always have done that because I think it's the safest way if you don't live in the city and you will need to send it in an other post office.Always have a great service, but for the first time was the most trouble event who happen since i'm back in Australia.They litteraly said to the delivery guys that they where not accepting package from Amazon (reason not sure ...), the lady didn't even accept my passport for proof, the man said to me that my colis was at woolies because apparently they sign for me.Now, it's been few days I try to find my package... just beacuse the post office who is made for receiving parcels doesn't want to do the job.Well sad story I don't know why they don't like there jobs anymore (people from Woolies told me that the man is a nice guy outside the post office), hope that they will enjoy one day doing this job or find something who makes them more happy. Until we proof the contrario we still have one life better to like it. :)

Honestly the rudest lady I've ever come across in customer service. It's like she goes out of her way to be as horrible as she can be. It's so disappointing. Kindness doesn't cost a thing.

I get anxiety walking into this Australia Post. This couple is the rudest humans ive ever come across.Never smile, rarely even speak.Being nice costs nothing.I don't want my parcels delivered there ever.1 star is too much

Worst Experience Ever, The lady and the gentlemen obviously do not enjoy what they do because the way the threat customer is not acceptable at all. Went to the PO today with my wife and daughter and the man just throw the dock at me saying that the ID (passport) was not enough evidence to collect the parcel. Then I told him that that they are very difficult to deal with and that they need to improve their customer service so the man start screaming at me and left the counter and slamming the door really hardly in front of my family and other customers. then the lady came out from the back of the office saying that I was abusing him. These two people really need some proper customer service training and some action from Australia Post Management.

This post office is a disgrace. No mater what you request its NO. The staff are nothing less than sullen unhelpful pigs.

As shared by others, if leaving a zero star review was possible I would.. incredibly arrogant, disrespectful and inflammatory attitudes from the staff at this Australia Post location.
