OMG HORRIBLE SERVICEI BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DAY of when I needed braiding no confirmation was made for me however she did see my text. Bad communication In the booking of my braids. The day came and I went to m6 appointment and nobody was at the shop even thou I had called multiple times to double check the booking as well as numerous texts.i decided to come back later and called her many many timesFinally when I arrived back no one was there and she then called me saying she was not in shop never got my booking and was at a wedding??? I needed my hair braided and was very angry and then had to go to someone else however luckily for me the other lady that I went to had amazing service and did my hair good.overall VERY MAD WITH CHI CHI AND WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECCOMEND

I found Chichi 7 months ago after many years of not being satisfied with several service providers. I can truly say I am beyond impressed with her work and the quality of hair she has. The hair is now 7 months old and still looks and feels brand new. Her work is impeccable. Her priority is to make sure I am happy in each appointment.... very genuine and honest service.... very rare to find these days.

bro my braids came out few weeks later very bad 2/10 would not recommend she said she would fix my braid when it came out and we went to her place she wasn't even there had to wait an hour and we left and rang numerous times non answer back she's a scammer WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I got braids done at Chi Chi's and had a great experience. Her staff were nice and chill and they braided my hair exactly how I wanted. I've been to other places to get braids and they've always done it waaaay too tight and gave me headaches all day but Chi Chi's staff braided my hair with the perfect tension.

today me and my little sister went there today and its very good. she properly cleaned our hair,brushed it, and braided it very goood and nicely she can do it with short hair to like mine! such a kind and caring perso offered us water and let us use her computer! i hope to go to her again in the future!

Chichi (the owner) has been doing my hair for 3 years. Unfortunately On 19/03/20, the owner decieved me by stating that the product she was to use on my hair called dark and lovely regular" (in the owners words) is a texturiser
