Phillippa's Bakery
They refuse to accept cash, despite it being legal tender, so they don’t get my custom.Seems they are more interested in supporting big banks than the local community.

Really good bakery that takes a LOT of pride in their products. Unwavering quality & standards through the years and though a bit pricey, once you try their products, you'll know why. I'm sure you'll find your own favourites by I can't get past the gingerbread men, cookies, breads & crossaints! I'm a regular.

We stopped by this bakery on our way to the Mornington Peninsula. It had the local bakery feel, and we could tell there was no shortage of locals picking up their 'usual'. We had the sausage roll (with home made chutney) and the focaccia. The sausage roll pastry was flaky, the filling was moist and well seasoned. The focaccia was cheesy and we loved the crispy bits from the edges (we are glad the lady at the counter asked whether we preferred a middle or edge slice!). Would recommend this place

My favourite local bakery that has some of my favourite pastries and breads. I generally order online if I already know what I want to save time. Staff is lovely and welcoming would recommend if you are looking to treat yourself to something special :) My favourites so far are the cardamom cinnamon buns, salted caramel bread and butter pudding plus the stollen bread they do during the holidays.

I love phillippa’s, I’ve met her before and she signed one of her cook books for me, she’s such a lovely lady:-) and also the Brighton store Chantal and Vanessa are the best! I always buy the Corn tin loaf as me and my family love eating it & always sells out!

Ginger bread slice is insane.Great coffee.Awesome almond croissant.I got a bigger slice because I told them how good it is.

Very very nice cheese twists, 3 for $10. A good range of sweet treats and breads at this bakery, however is expensive compared to other bakeries. Nice looking sausage rolls too. 25.11 called in to get some cheese sticks and at 9am all gone as one customer had brought the lot earlier, so disappointing but well you can't control what other customers do!
