Fantastic facility and service. Very clean with a caring, engaging and experienced team. Our pupper absolutely loves coming here a few days a week. The ProDog team put a lot of consideration into matching dog temperaments and energy levels when grouping them. We receive feedback on how our dog is going and what ongoing training and behaviour modification we can focus on (and feel fully supported by ProDog in doing this). I have been taking my dogs here for over 4 years, the staff are absolutely incredible. You can tell as soon as you walk in that your dogs will be well looked after and loved as if they were their own. The facility is absolutely awesome! Updates via social media of your dogs throughout the day is a nice touch too!

I Wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else. The team at Prodog are always friendly, welcoming and happy. The facility is clean, well maintained, presentable and our dogs love being there. We have an elderly boxer and temperamental frenchy, they are both looked after extremely well!

So many good things about ProDog. My pupper perks up as soon as we turn into Paramount Rd because he knows where we are going. When I first got him his over exuberant greeting of other dogs, unfortunatly put off a lot of potential puppy pals. But daycare has helped so much with his socialisation. Now he has his doggo buddies and he just loves his time there.The staff are super friendly. Several times I've had to adjust our times and days and they've been very accomodating. The facility is always clean and they clearly spend time exposing the dogs to new things. I love seeing their photo's and videos online. Seriously, if you're having a bad day, lookup thier facebook or instagram page and see all the happy doggos running around everyday. Instant smiles

I have had 9 dogs over my lifetime the last 4 all attended some form of puppy training. This is by far the best training a puppy can get. Buddy is knowledgeable and listens to his clients. Pixie loved coming to puppy school

Excellent facility, second to none. Staff are super friendly and professional. Our dog has always come home happy and tired from a day of playing with their mates, which we love. Grateful for all the help and guidance we’ve received + having training gear there for us to buy is handy (nevertheless learning about enrichment) and it’s comforting knowing we can leave our dog somewhere where they’re happy and safe while we’re at work. Can’t thank you enough, we love Pro Dog!

Dave and his team take doggy daycare to the next level. They know what they’re doing and as an anxious first time puppy parent I feel 100% comfortable leaving my puppy in their care. My puppy has so much fun playing with her friends but the staff also makes sure that she gets the rest she needs as all growing puppies do. In just a few short weeks I’ve quickly become a loyal customer and we cannot be happier with their service!

Not only is it local for the West but we have loved the whole experience with them. Even our little pup looks forward to his daycare days which makes drop off even better!
