Thanks for calling me back like you said you would. Just because the part was only worth a few dollars and wasn’t worth your while you tried to tell me they don’t make it anymore. Then tell me you are looking into it then fail to call back when I was already told by another employee a day earlier that I need to pay online and then they can order the part in due to no stock on shelf. Only worried about the profit instead of running a good honest business

Finally set up my Whole House Triple Filters ..... Excellent price and Hung was very helpful, he looked after me before and after my purchase ..... I also ordered extra filter cartidges and one was damaged when it arrived (due to delivery service fault) and they replaced it within a heartbeat ... Great company to deal with and a high service level for customers. I have no hesitation in recommending them. I'm one very Happy Customer :-)

Filter is overly large and does not fit onto our dishwasher tap. Only option is to return at your own cost which eats up more than half of the value of the item.

This business sent me the incorrect filter for my fridge, when I tried to tell them they'd sent the wrong filter, they said it was my fault, even though their website clearly shows the correct part number for the filter for my fridge is different to the filter they sent me. Would not send me a new one, basically just bad luck, I've done my dough. Dodgy business, do not use.
