Great local producer of filament, sells in bulk spools that have a bigger diameter but are wound well and a fantastic price. Definitely worth looking at going local instead of using imported brands. Spoke over the phone in order to make some adjustments and was given great service both there and replies via email.Shipping was very fast and bulk is made to order! Really cool.

I have dealt with Aurarum many times over the years with little to no issues.Unfortunately, it has appeared that has changed. Purchased a new 3D Printer from them that arrived with noticeable damage to the gantry arms, bent z axis extrusion, chipped glass plate. Contacted support they offered replace the gantry mounting plate an nothing else, when informed that all damage pieces should be repaired stopped responding.Absolutely appalling service from a company I held in high regard.

Ordered water wash resin, pricing was fantastic and postage was quick. I knew where my order was at all times. Very happy with the quality it is producing, especially for the price. Highly recommend.

Made the switch to Aurarum ABS and ASA a year ago and I can't see myself using any other brand from now on. Local, affordable, Australian made filament. Being able to recycle the old spools is a great initiative! Plenty of printer spares in stock too which makes emergency repairs easy and painless!

Easily the worst filament I have ever used have not been able to complete 1 print without it jamming. Switched back and forth between other branded filaments and they worked fine. Save your money

Their PLA is the best I've used, personally for my own use and professionally for work. It has always given me consistent results, over different spools and colours. I like low fuss, and this is home-grown to boot.

After spending weeks researching 3D printers and the various suppliers of the model I settled on, I settled with Aurarum as they were in Victoria, had the printer in stock and offered pick-up.I placed the order at 1.30am with a note asking if it was possible to collect my purchase in the afternoon.At 9.10am I was sent an email stating that my order was complete and ready for collection.No other business that I've dealt with over the last decade has proven to be this efficient.I was greeted by a beautiful lady with an equally beautiful smile and demeanour.With Creality not supplying a micro SD card that is required to update the screen firmware, I've yet to knock out a print.I'll add to my review of their filament at a later date.Thank you for the amazing first purchase experience.Merry Christmas to all the staff at Aurarum.

Great quality, locally manufactured filament has been amazing for my growing business. The range of spare parts and the knowledge of the staff has helped a number of times overcome obstacles in projects.Highly recommended if you are looking to buy equipment or materials, having a company like Aurarum is fantastic for keeping printers running and producing impressive models.

Been getting filament here for ages. Once it’s dialled in properly it gives great details and reliable results.They also have a huge range of spare parts which is amazing if you need a part on short notice and don’t want to wait for shipping as you can visit them in store to get the part.I found they are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and willing to help you with your projects.One thing I find fantastic is their factory waste rolls they sell in store. Awesome filament of different materials, but they don’t sell online because it’s the filament produce when transferring to new colours. So they sell them in store for a discount which is amazing for projects you’re going to paint over anyway.Really impressed with their range of colours, filament materials, spare parts and best of all, they’re Australian run and made.Thankyou to the Aurarum team for your filament and for helping me get spools or spare parts in a pinch instead of waiting for Amazon.
