Fantastic service. We had an older style house styled by Royce. Their service and price was excellent. The furniture complemented the carpet and wallpaint perfectly (and made the carpet look newer!) and their colour scheme made the house appear lighter and larger yet still with a cosy feel. Their communication and organization with regards to dropping off/picking up and ensuring the newly painted walls were untouched was perfect. Without their help I don't think our house could have sold! Very happy with them and have already recommended them to others.

They bombard you with marketing making it sound like they're cheap and flexible. So we had them come to do styling and found out they were cheap - using cheap quality furniture - and not very flexible at all. Its just use this set of furniture and didn't give us any options.

ROYCE is super fast and reasonable, I would love to use their service next time when I sell my property.

Furniture styling for open house inspections possess life threatening risk and threat! I would like to share my personal experience at my Sydney home. Like every house owner before putting the house for sell onto the market, we always wanted to make the best possible appearance, therefore, we decided to approach Royce Property Styling company to style our home. The group of 4 finished styling our home around Midday on 28th August 2018 and I noticed there were two glass frames hung on our wall above our king size bed in the master bedroom. I felt insecure and double checked with the senior stylist regarding the safety of the frame and she assured me everything's definitely fine. On the same night around 7pm my mother in law was about to put my baby to sleep and walking around in the room. Suddenly one of the glass frame slanted on the wall and fell in few seconds , firstly glass dropped on the bedhead and then glass broke into pieces with a lot of glass shreads and small broken fragmented glass pieces fell all over our bed. They were extremely terrified! Then the rest of our family member ran into the room because we all heard big shattering and cracking noise. We took videos and photos and threw away the glass into rubbish bin and spent hours vacuuming and mopping the affected area. It could have killed us if someone slept in that bed because the glass was so sharp exactly like a knife. We checked the frame and felt this is due to the quality of the frame was very poor it could not hold such heavy glass and hung on a tiny hook. This is the worst thing it could have ever happened, Royce Property was lucky as I'm sure they wouldn’t want to have someone killed because of their styling. Also I'm aware babies from many families sleep rather early, we were so lucky that our baby sleep later than 7pm or else she could be seriously injured. Due to the heavy rough fall of the glass on our bedhead and rim it damaged three parts of our leather bed. Then my negotiation journey started with Royce company. I requested refund, compensation for such bad quality products and service, and also claim for my damaged bed. After 3 weeks with many back and forth email, nothing was given. The company did not care at all what has had happened and tried to shirk all responsibility and rejected all my request for compensation. I have to say all this time it's giving me so much mental stress from living in the house with their furniture I even had to take my family on an overseas trip. This kind of accident is intolerant and should never happen again. The frame company should recall all of their poor quality frame products. As a company providing goods and service Royce Property Styling should provide me compensation. I sincerely hope no one will be hurt from styling in the future after reading my story.
