i absolutely love attending Power Flow Pilates in Mawson! It’s always a killer workout with a great vibe, and Jess the owner is super friendly and is building a great local community. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a fun workout at any level of fitness.

Power Flow Pilates
As someone who is 3 months post-partum and has never done Pilates before, I am loving the classes. Jess is so warm and welcoming and a great instructor who explains movements really clearly. I already feel confident on the reformer and love doing the mums & bubs class on Tuesday mornings.

Power Pilates is amazing. An all body workout that is done at an individual’s level. Jess is friendly, helpful and supportive- not only in the workout but assisting with admin requests and any questions that arise. You can leave feeling relaxed and stretched or sore the next day because you worked extra hard.

Fantastic pilates studio with reformer machines. The owner Jess is very welcoming and runs a great class. I loved that a parents and bub class was offered, and even better, at an affordable rate.

Power Flow Pilates
Power Flow Pilates is such a welcoming and supportive reformer studio. Great range of classes and layers within the classes, making it excellent for complete beginners and people who are more familiar with the reformer. Have recommended it to many friends and can’t speak more highly of Jess and the team!
