Simon, Chantel and staff are all professional, polite and caring. I cannot imagine anyone calling Simon rude etc, great pharmacy. btw, not related to David Pryor below. This opinion is mine and literally hundreds of patients'

The pharmacist is rude , the chemist is in a convenient location but the male pharmacist Simon has no personality and is very abrupt and uncareing in his attitude. Drive into town rather than deal here as he make you feel like an intruder in the store. I do not review places but after numerous encounters with this guy I felt compelled to write this as he is so creepy.

Was nearly refused my prescription as pharmacist seems to think they know more about my condition than the multiple Dr's and specialists that I see. Terrible customer experience. Will be reluctant to use this pharmacy again which is a shame because it's convenient and close to my work

Just had the most wonderful customer service experience in store today with Tahalia, she was so helpful and friendly. She honestly made my day and helped me so much with what I was looking for (skincare) and I’ve left so happy! The other girl working was also lovely too! I had such an amazing time in store and am very grateful! By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Thank you :)

This is a great pharmacy really helpful staff and a good array of products at low prices,.I’ve been coming here for years and it has gone under many changes. Now late 2022 the new management is without fault, I highly recommend them.
