Once again a great experience. Hot fresh and delicious. Well done team, even under pressure with the drivethu full and all the drivers collecting online orders, food was still great.Deff my favourite fast food chicken place

Great service and majority of the food is good but sadly disappointed by the chicken and gravy loaded chips. Next to no chicken and gravy. Wait time was eh, 20 minutes for three cheeseburgers and chips.

Long drive-thru wait, EFTPOS machine down, no advice to customers. Food was tough, bland and tasteless.

Staff are useless. Bunch of young teenage girls took about 20 minutes to serve me while they were all standing around doing nothing having a yarn and laughing mucking around. Which I don't mind too much until they started swearing Infront of my 7 and 11 year old. Absolute pathetic behaviour please know your audience and improve. This happened on Tuesday the 13th evening.

Slow as. Food is okay but the time isn't worth it. Was told to wait AN HOUR for fried chicken, because the rotisserie was down? Go figure.

I am not sure I understand the purpose of an online order" function and the ability to select a desired collection time if said order and collection time is ignored entirely.If I place an order 40 minutes in advance
