West Beach
I love taking my family to beaches every week and this one is very unique. Walking along it early in the morning is the perfect time to stop and pick up anything washed up or left behind. The fishing isnt bad but could be better. We never have any problems with it being over crowded or covered in seaweed. So we tend to come here first. Late arvo walks when the sun go down are peaceful and scenic and is perfect when there is no wind.

West beach is accessible by foot (north, from lighthouse) or by 4WD (south access). The beach is pristine. Perfect for a long walk. The ocean was relatively calm and we were alone. Barely any seaweed and crystal clear water.

This beach is stunning. Just walk off the very right side of the beach where the water is calm and crystal blue.

Very scenic down near the rocks but the flies. Omg! Midges or marsh flies, don't know the difference but they bite. Come prepared!
