Staff was rude and not gentle when they provide services. My hands were left feeling hurt after an extreme and careless manicure. Aviod this place!!

Quick and good

As my regular nail shop in Prahran was closed for renovations I went to Fresh Nails. It wasn't busy. I was seated immediately. I required removal of old acrylics, which I had let grow out so very little to remove. (They gave me a discount)I asked for an application of SNS, which I've not tried before and knew nothing about. I found this out only on asking while it was being done. My mistake was not asking at the desk as I was wanted Shellac. On getting this alternative to acrylic/gel as it was my mistake, ok let's give it a go. I was told there are vitamins added in SNS to make it better for my real nails. I don't know if this is true, could just be brand marketing.I chose a neutral colour (after seeing the colour on the customer beside me) and short square nails. On seeing the thickness of the finish on customer beside me, I didn't want a thick look and asked for last couple of nails to be just 2 coats instead of 3, so I could compare. Girl forgot my request and applied all 3 coats. That was disappointing service. I was happy with the result end result. It's now been 5 days, nails have grown and finish looks very thick as new nail comes out. Surface is still shiny. They say it last 14 days so let's see.

I have really long naturally healthy nails. But after my Shellac Manicure. EVERY single nail broke back as far as possible. Possibly the worst manicure I've ever had. I would NEVER go back there.
