Great store, staff was very helpful without being over bearing. My boys got what they needed.

On Thursday night (Australia Day) I ordered a last minute birthday gift for my son. A Manchester United jersey with personalised name and number on the back. I did not expect to receive it in time for the following Saturday for his birthday but was pleasantly suprised when it was delivered this morning(Monday)!!!! It was a fair price, excellent quality (official) and sooooo fast! Thank you so much Soccerworld, I will have an extremely happy young man for his birthday!

Bought 2 X pairs of football boots a week and half ago, customer service very poor and didn't receive any updates regarding my order so i don't know if it has being processed or not. Sent on email requesting update and still no reply either. Not sure if i would use this company again, i will see how this current issue turns out!UPDATE: Just canceled my order and give me know reason. STAY WELL AWAY!!!!!

Consistently excellent. I've been going here for 10-15 years and I have never been disappointed. They always allow me enough time to try on boots until I find the right fit, and are always incredibly helpful and friendly.They provide options, but are never pushy, and truly listen.Soccer World represents the pinnacle of good, honest, long-term customer service. My goodness I sound like a boomer here, but really, this place is excellent, and this is why the continue to exist.P.S. Quick, friendly service and kids boots that are actually a fair price for junior school sport. They sell soccer boots for $75! As opposed to Rebel sports whet they only had 2 pairs available ($150 and $300!).
