Had a surprisingly rude experience when calling Mark, when I called regarding electrical work for my hot water system he cut me off before I could explain the situation, where we were located and when we needed the work done- said he could not help with this and hung up on me. The worst part is we have used Mark in the past with great results and this experience has soured the relationship.
