The staff were supper helpful made my experience very relaxing as I've had a few bad experiences getting my bloods done try this place if having trouble getting your blood work done

Went for my test last Thursday arvo it is now Monday with nothing iso alone Xmas Eve and Xmas day. I've tried calling multiple times but you guys have made an automated answering machine that just states It will take 48 hours" then hangs up. Very useless system probably lost my test...."

I got tested for covid in the drive through, there was a sign directing to go left so I went to the left lane, then they called the cars behind me to the other lane, at least 3 cars that got there after me got tested before me, because there was only one person testing on my side and at the other had 2 guys. Very slow and they told me the result would be texted to my phone number within 24-48 hours, over 2 days has passed and I have got nothing. I'm calling them but they put me in a queue for the results" line and it's been 20 minutes already I'm in the line and no one picks up. I'll update this review once my call is answered and I got my results. Ridiculous clinic

Scammers is a softy word for them. I got 2 experiences with this company.1st: 2020 December. I booked 2 covid test (300aud) before booking I asked if I can get a refound before the booking date in case I change my flight date, they said yes. I did change my flight date so I asked for the refound 3 days bofere the test day. After an hour trying to communicate with them, somebody answered and said yes your refound will be processed in the next week bla bla. After 2 weeks I got nothing. I send several emails but got no reply. I called and no reply. 300 scammed.2nd: 2 weeks ago I got the COVID test. Before going to the place, I sent a text message is it free?". "Yes

I was tested Thursday 23rd Dec I'm now into my 4th day waiting for results while a friend went after me and received her results in 2 and a half days. Tomorrow I'm due to have my 6 day test. Not fun spending Xmas day on your own.

Just wana say what a wonderful job the staff did getting my travel test done today! Was all done in 30mins and got my results 15mins later during the drive home. Very caring and professional. Highly recommend going here for pre travel testing!

1 star is being generous4 days for my test result!!! You would think they would of advised me the expected wait time when I was in the line up and a nurse gave me the paperwork to fill out.Filled out 2 contact us on our website with no response.Called the contact number and it’s just a message bank that you can’t leave a message.Definitely go to SAPATHOLOGY if you can

14-Jan. We did our Pre-Depature Test (PDT) here before our international travel. The staff were very friendly. At 9am they said we would get the results within 24h and we got them by 8:40pm that night. Price of $150 seemed pretty comparable by what we saw and we had no problems with their certificate at check in for our flight.

Myself and half a dozen of my co workers have been waiting 96 hours for covid test results. Others that got tested 2 days later have already got theirs. Seems like they don't really have a system. Definitely go to an SA Pathology testing site if you can and avoid these guys.

I have been waiting 79hours for my test result, friends in the car 5 ahead of ours got them back in 12hours. Phones ring out and hang up. I could have been out of iso 3 days ago so cheers for most likely losing my test and not being honest about it!
