Bought $110 value vaccine (prescription medication) for my 6mths old and staff gave me an expired one. (Meningococcal B vaccine - Bexsero)Only recognized at the doctor just 5second before the shot, came back and they exchanged another one for us - expiry date is only in 1mth time (Mar-23)What would happen if my baby did get expired vaccine shot?

Wow! Indecisive and so rude boss and poor customer serviceThis Chemist is reasonably big.I wanted to refund the product that I purchased from this store.The one of their staff took me to the pharmacist working there who is her boss.He is so indecisive and so rude.He doesn't know how to handle with their customers.I have been to many stores.Sometimes, I want to exchange or refund.The processes are smoothly.They are much better than this store and know how to deal with their customers.Even me, I sell small things online, I do my best with my buyers.The more reliable companies or stores are , their business is more successful.How come is this store successful?Because of their location!

Overcrowded, overbooked vaccination with long wait times despite having a booking. What's the point of the time slot if there's long waiting times just to register.Lengthy wait times to get prescriptions filled.Can't wait to get in and out as quickly as possible.

Very bad customer service, not all staff but some..like the one who was wearing a black dress and with long hair, today night time(13/05/2022).While I was paying the bills, my wife was just looking around and this staff(the one wearing black Dress) shouted at my wife....Yes it was the closing time, but my wife was waiting till I pay the bill. She shouldn't be that rude. Staff like this will definitely spoil the reputation of a good shop.

Bought 10 items went to counter for payment, she didn’t even ask for a bag, I ask her if I can get a bag, she said do you want a bag. I was like offcouse I need a bag, cannot carry 10 items.Its better to offer a customer a bag if the items is more. She is not welcoming. Anyway nothing against her

I have experienced very bad customer service over there. The lady in the register was So inpatient and rude.

The boy at the dispensary Saif is so helpful, he clearly knows what he is doing. He kindly shows me where my item is despite the rash hour. Would appreciate if he didn't suggested the original brand though. But that's fine they were busy. Overall very happy with his service.

Wouldn't waste my money going there..............Buy something have a receipt and if not returned within 7days..... will not allow you to get your money back or exchange.........Dissatisfied with the Leader for the day i went there her name was Rosemary disappointed and discussed with the way the treat they CUSTOMERS.......Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN........No customer service what do EVER..
