When I was struggling to find a right property manager, someone introduced Joyce Cai to me and I liked her straight away during our first meeting.I found Joyce professional, reliable, positive, considerate and extremely friendly. She helped me find a good tenant only 3 days after my apartment being listed. I would recommend Chadwick, especially Joyce without any hesitation.

Chadwick itself, neither excelled or failed and will easily be forgotten in the real estate crowd, but Property Manager Renee Green surpassed expectations. Maybe down to her professional, courteous, respectful demeanor, maybe because she's just very good in her role but most definitely because she is very kind and understanding and goes that extra mile to make you happy and content (even as far as doing some cleaning for you, to ensure you get back your full bond). Had a fantastic experience with Renee as my property manager while I was a tenant. So friendly as well as responsive whenever I needed anything! I had to move out early and the whole process was very easy and clear - can't ask for more than that.

I'm posting this for any tradie who is thinking of getting any job through Chadwick....DON'T!Chadwick doesn't care about your 30 day invoice due date at all. Basically they pay you whenever they feel like it. As a gardener I used to work with them a few years ago but had to let the job go just because of their unreliability in payments; usually had to wait two-thee months to get paid and unfortunately, got caught in this trap again through a dear client of mine. A bill that was supposed to be paid from a bond claim of a previous tenant is still unpaid after several weeks, pending the new tenants, which moved in 3 weeks ago, pay their rent so that I can get paid. While I'm aware that new tenants haven't missed a bit of their weekly payment, I'm still kept in lurch. I work with several other real estates across North Shore and Northern Beaches and never had such a problem. Mr Chadwick prefers the money in his bank account rather than paying his bills on time...

Everyone at Chadwick St Ives has been fantastic to deal with as a tenant. They’ve addressed all my enquires hassle free and even driven keys over to me when I got locked out. My main property manager Renee was fantastic and if I didn’t move out into a place that I now own I would have happily continue dealing with her
