What a fantastic place; I took my steam driven iMac in for some TLC. It now works a treat, with all the ‘spring’ of a young computer system! These folk know their stuff, polite. Just excellent☺️

I initially had my screen for my iPhone 6 fixed here and when I received it, the screen was fixed, but the battery was RUINED! My phone went flat at 40%, sometimes even at 80%! I have no idea what they did, but for the money i paid to fix my phone, I could have honestly got it done somewhere else and not have ended up with an even bigger problem. I tried to contact them multiple times and never received a follow up. I also tried emailing and still no reply. Definitely will not recommend to anyone or have anything to do with Ozmac Solutions again. It's a shame because the employees there do a good job. But whoever they send the phone to, to get it fixed, really ruined it for the company.

The staff went above and beyond with their service, super efficient with turn around times - will definitely be back!

When I presented my phone to them about a problem with the camera, they told me they would need to ship it to Sydney for repair, which would take a week, so I decided to take it to the Apple Store from a different viewpoint. All they had to do was reset my phone, and it immediately worked.I once had a software issue with my laptop and took it to them for repair; they charged me $200. The next time, I had the same issue with another laptop and took it to the Apple Store; they solved it without charging me.Go to the Apple shop instead; don't go there.

Malcolm of OzMac has helped me with my Apple Macs for years, ever since the early days he was in business. (I was very glad to find him when I did after dodgy computer guys had made a mess!) I trust Malcolm and his team to know what they're doing with the techie side of things because I sure don't! Obviously, when my computer is too old, I get a new one, but more than once they have come up with cost-effective solutions to upgrade my old computers (when appropriate) rather than just push the sale of a new one onto me. Which, as a sole trader, I really appreciate. Trusting OzMac with my computer stuff gives me massive peace of mind and I highly recommend Malcolm and his team.

If you have anything Apple that needs repair I highly recommend that you take it to OzMac Solutions because Michael is an absolute LEGEND! I took an iPhone 11 Pro which was frozen on the logo screen to the Apple store & they said it'd be $899 to fix. Took it to Michael who had it fixed overnight with ALL data intact at a cost of only $50! He also got the iPhone 6 Plus that bricked in March 2020 up & running so I now refer to him as the iPhone whisperer :)

Took our imac to Oz Mac Solutions as it is old, slow and eventually would not boot up. Staff provided great advice and realistic cost for repair and upgrade. We now have what appears is a new, super fast imac and so happy with the service provided. Thanks so much. Highly recommend these guys.
