AURA AUTO ELECTRICAL AND AIR CONDITIONING

We had a semitrailer break down on a job site recently & were unable to move the trailer off the site. I had called a number of local auto electricians who could not help us & didn't care. I called Todd who was recommended by our mechanic, he was very friendly & changed another job to arrive within 1/2hr & got us going very quickly. His charges were also very reasonable. I would definitely use him again & would highly recommend him to others.

Todd was extremely helpful when I came to him to figure out what was wrong with my car's speedo (dropping in and out). He explained his theory in a way that was easy to understand without being condescending and quickly set about ordering in the part he needed and got it all sorted within the time frame I needed. Needed a brake system installed! Did it for me the next day, even fixed the brake lights that weren't working. Great Service done by a real human. Deffinately recommend if you want to feel taken care of.

The connection between car & camper trailer had a burn problem, causing the tail lights inoperable. We only needed one call to Todd to arrange a home visit. He was there on time, & explained the issues, & repaired both bits. As a woman on my own, I felt not only safe, but I felt I ripped off.Todd was pleasant, obliging& professional. I am a parcel contractor in Baringa/Nirimba area so I can't be without my vehicle. Todd made the whole process of having my air con fixed an absolute breeze. He is extremely professional, reliable and efficient. It's quite hard for me to pin point a time for booking my car in but Todd was amazing and just came to me once I have finished work. He was able to diagnose the issue and quote to fix the problem straight away. Todd kept me up to date with the estimated part arrival and once again arranged to come to my house to fix the problem. Todd was always punctual and polite and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone for Auto Electrical work. In fact I already have. Todd has just finished installing a dual battery system in my 4wd & a full off grid system for my caravan. I arranged for Todd to assess the fault with my power windows on my Ford Territory at my home address. Todd arrived on time and was professional and pleasant. He fixed what he was able to do on the spot and then discussed the further works required including a quote for the part required and service. Skills, Service, On Time and a great price. I got Todd to put some LED Tail lights on my tray and even though there were challenges in the install Todd was all over it and did a great job.The install is great, clean and done properly. So if you are looking for a bloke who is on time and has an eye for detail you have found him. I will be getting Todd back to sort driving lights and a dual battery setup for sure.
