I had a top class experience with Gemini Wollongong from start to finish. Gemini texted me to ask for photos of the car to help them prepare for the fix, which I thought was very organised. As soon as I parked my car to drop it off for the fix, a friendly staff member was there to greet me, ask about the scrap and ordered a taxi for me to get to my hire car (they even offered me tea or coffee for such a short wait, how nice :)). It was fixed within 2-3 days (way faster than I expected). Gemini went above and beyond and replaced the whole back part of my car out of goodwill, even though the scrap was only small.

Yes we had our bumper replaced by Gemini the second one in two months! The smash repairers before them did not give the bumper a good paint job as you can see it is peeling off! And the worst thing was our silly Insurance company QBE sent us as far as Strathfield is from Near Mount Druitt now this is ridiculous QBE why do you do this to your Customer’s ? They will not be as loyal to you!

Such lovely staff at Gemini from front counter to repairs team. This was the second time my car has been there within the past few months and both times were great experiences.They repaired an extra couple of deep scratches free of charge which I appreciate very much. They also cleaned my car inside and out both times, it looked great. Would definitely recommend.

Was recommended these guys and I Can not fault them. Just showed up to get someone to look at my door expecting to need to come back later to book it in but they just fixed it on the spot!! Great quality service and workman ship.
