Priceline Pharmacy Tuggeranong

Poor service from the pharmacists and staff. Wanted to double charge me after their system screwed up dispensing my e-script. Won't be back. Two stars only because they did the leg work between themselves and the prescribing doctor after being asked twice.

We were in lockdown and our GP sent prescription to this Priceline Pharmacy for my partner's asthmatic medicine. Generally service was good but I was shock with Ventolin Inhaler price: $16.50 each! Even your cashier was shock when it showed the price.Other pharmacy like Chemist Warehouse sell it for $9.90 each!Why you try to get money from server asthmatic people like this? It is unethical!

Update your opening and closing time for festive seasons( Christmas , Boxing Day etc)It says open but was disappointed when I drove to get some medicine and the pharmacy was closed.

I placed an order online and it took a day and half for them to tell me they didn't have stock of one of the medications. Meanwhile I only had two days left of a vital medication they did have in stock but weren't going to fulfil it until the other one arrived. I told them to dispense it now. I rang over seven times previously trying to find out about the status as I was very concerned about running out. They did not pick up once! I heard from them after I posted this review. No words to explain a pharmacy willing to let a customer run out of vital medication except incompetent.

Rude appalling, and condescending older lady I’m assuming is the store manager. Won’t be returning and passing it on.

Requested behind the counter eyedrops for child. Was told pharmacist will be right with me, he saw me ask to speak with him. A moment later he walks off with someone else who comes by, I continue to wait. Then someone else approaches him while he sees I'm clearly still waiting with a child and continues to have a 15 minutes discussion on hormone therapy. Assistant who witnessed this came to apologise on his behalf but he continued his discussion leaving me and child waiting. I am disgusted by the lack of professionalism and service. Not sure if he was racist or just rude!

The young girls working there need a crash course in customer service they were very rude and made me feel uncomfortable like I was being a burden. I just left without buying what I went to get
