Service staff are great, text message service updates are great, however it shouldn't be hard to make a phone call, especially when promised. Sales staff have twice promised to call on monday" about vehicle enquiries made on Saturdays. So twice have ended up buying vehicles from the coast."

Today's service was above and beyond. Ally was super helpful and accommodating as was our driver into town. I have a broken foot and they all did their very best to get things done swiftly and easily to assist me and my wife . The person who detailed the car this time also did a great job. But I always get good service here ,but today they just stepped it up a bit. Thanks guys

We traded our BMW 118d for a 2018 Dual Cab HiLux with Travis Burns. The process was smooth and trouble free. I have traded 20 cars in my life and this has been the best experience I have ever had. Travis under promised and over delivered. The car came with extras that Travis had not hyped and the team made moving my custom plates a dream.I would recommend Travis and his team to anyone.

Walked in Warwick dealership twice, first time I was going to purchase a new Hilux, only to be told that I can't come in to the building without a proper mask. Martin Jonkers Toyota sold me the new Hilux instead. Second time I came in to purchase spare parts, I was left standing for some time on the counter while 2 employees chatted in the background. I walked out second time without being able to make a purchase. I can only hope other customers are being shown more courtesy. Can not recommend this Dealership based on my personal experience.

Dropped Prado in 3 weeks ago for warranty fault occurring when only towed. After 3 weeks we were advised we should have towed our caravan to dealership also to prove fault occurs as they have no way of finding a trailer in Warwick to test this vehicle to fault (very odd no one has a trailer in Warwick????). Would have been nice to know this 3 weeks ago after renting a vehicle that long.We originally drove the vehicle up after we cleared fault codes assuming they would tow the vehicle around to make it fault at warwick. This seemed the most safest option (knowing it would have broken down coming up cunninghams gap and also the most economical)Nope….they said I should have drove until it broke down and then called a tow truck to transport both car and caravan to them. It would be my problem the safety of where I broke down along with costs.I sent the vehicle with full tank of diesel and got it back with full tank diesel and worksheet looks like 1 hour of diagnostics. Gee 3 weeks booked in and 1 hour of work …. this dealership really puts themselves out (*insert sarcasm*).On picking up the staff member was still trying to diagnose the problem and asking questions they had 3 weeks to ask us.This staff member kept saying they could not fault the car while not towing. We told them in total 6 times that it only faults while towing….after that we gave up and took the car back.This team clearly does not want to put themselves out to tow vehicles to test faults. They would rather you risk your life and pay for tow trucks so it’s makes there job easier. No regard for your time or money.

Travelling through Warwick and needed wiper blades replaced and ignition key replacement. Toyota people were so helpful and friendly. Fixed and on the road in 20 minutes. Thanks so much.

Awful service paid cash for a vehicle, got absolutely no discounts, paid full price for accessories. Stay away from Craig. Go to Beaudesert much better service.
