Disappointed. Sashimi is ok in general. Fresh but for some of them only. Scampi is quite small even ordered the jumbo. Worst cut on the tuna, very weird and affecting the taste.

I admit I was a bit hesitant to order off this business because I couldn't find much info on them but their range is amazing and the prices are great. Communication is prompt and friendly. The food is fresh, well packed in a recyclable box and arrived when promised. Especially love the 150g Kina in salt water (which was packed full of Kina not just a few pieces swimming around). Would order again without hesitation! Love the Saturday delivery service. I made chazuke and temaki rolls from the fresh ingredients. Keep up the great work guys.

1. The Blue Swimmer crabs were supposed to be frozen but they were not. The bag says Fresh" and there were crab juice inside the bag. Upon opening

Ordered a seafood platter for anniversary for a couple.They absolutely loved it, said very fresh and plentiful and packaged well. With all the sauces and seafood.Will definitely buy from Fish Me again.Thank you highly recommend!

I found FIshMe on Google - we placed an order for a Saturday delivery (sashimi platter, uni, unagi, tempura). I was so pleased with the service and products. I received a call re delivery time, the delivery driver was friendly and apologetic about the delay, and the food was SUPERB.

I was shocked when I discovered they can deliver the order the next day. The fish was fresh and good quality. There was a problem with one item - was incorrect quantity, but I wrote to them and they refunded straight away no questions asked. I only placed one order with them for now, but I will be placing more for sure. Overall, I am happy with the order and with their support.

The quality of Sashimi is good. The shop has missed an item during the delivery, however they promptly checked and refunded the amount to me. The customer services is good and I will re-order again.

Used to go to the fish market for sashimi and various seafood but when I started ordering from Fishme I don't go since the quality from Fishme is fresh and great price too!And the convenience of having it delivered to your doorstep on the date you want is bonus too!Various sales also allowed me to try different seafood I never tried before.Just waiting patiently till they open again!

**updated review a week later. The company has since gotten in touch to try retify what had gone wrong. So cudos for trying to improve will give them another go down the track.Previous review- Placed a large order around $250, customer service could definitely do with an improvement. Had to contact them to get what wasn't delivered refunded. Which they did after contact but didn't bother replying.The seafood was a good variety, but hit and miss with freshness. The oysters which I shucked open. Some were ok. Some were dry and not fresh. The pippies were same and quite a few had crushed shells.Crab was good tho. Sashimi was ok.
