Violeta Ristevski is the most honest real estate agent I have ever met.No unrealistic promises , no hidden agendas and she just gets the job done. The selling contract is kept simple and easy to understand.Very efficient operator and keeps you informed all the way.Sold my property in 2 weeks.I found all the staff helpful , capable and honest. The manager Morris is a good man with good values. I also had a rental property with this team for ten years. The rental team are brilliant. Highly recommend dealing with this team.Salih

I lived in a rented house with Morris and Glen, The property manager I dealt with was Emily.Dealing with her was a nightmare, she is so rude, disrespectful and had so much attitude. Every phone call to her she was never nice and made it seem that calling her was a inconvenience to her. When my mother left the property, she forced her to get the house professionally cleaned, so she did so. Then she called up saying that the house was not cleaned properly. We contacted the cleaning company and they said, they spoke to Emily, and they even said she was so Rude and nasty.We ended up contacting the landlord and they said to us, the house was clean and well looked after, she even told us the property didn’t need to be cleaned because they where renovating it. So Emily made us spend over 500$ for nothing.I’ve scrolled down these reviews and I can see so many complaints about her, and yet she is still managing properties? She might be nice and cheerful to those who own the house, but to those who are renting it, she is disrespectful.She obviously needs some re training in the customer service field.

I am quite happy with the treatment and management of my property with Morris Glen Real Estate. Sarah and Emily, in particular, are always helpful, friendly, and professional.Never had a problem with how they're managing my property. They respond to texts, they answer phone calls, they return missed phone calls, they are clear and concise in the statements I receive.Very happy with this real estate agent and I value them highly. Emily is very understanding in the way I wish to be treated, especially after the previous real estate agent I was with being difficult and argumentative. I feel lucky to have encountered her.

Quite slow at fixing anything. Even after writing. Signage still at property 6 months after renting, should have been removed 1 week after rented. Have contacted countless times but not interested. Have contacted Mitchell Shire regarding removing.

What can I say. We used MG as a property agent. See below for the results.-Little or no contact from the agent.-5k owed in rent.-3k worth of clean up of rubbish and gardening.-$500 to repair my wrecked my lawn mower (left in good faith).-$600 vacate clean bill.-Skip bin hire to remove rubbish and waste left behind.When Emily went on holidays (Morris (Owner)refused to do anything). I would strongly recommend that you don’t use these people. They might be fine for a small town house with little or no up keep but if you have a family home DO NOT let these guys manage it.

Sadly this agent doesn’t care about the people who surround the houses he rents, most of his tenants are not considerate and are harmful to live around they don’t have a system to keep their tenants in check and they dont have a system to survey the properties they rent and the kind of people they rent to are not what one considers to be respectable and reasonable members of the neighbourhood, in short this agency doesn’t care who it rents to we hope the standard improves when it comes to tenants. Because our experience with the tenants of this agent is very bad, even the house that is occupied by their tenants gains a bad reputation due to who lives there.

Most of the staff is good but some of them are down right rude, really dont want to name one person with horrifying bad customer service dealing. Dont get any maintenance done in almost 3 years but always happy to charge you. Deserves less than 1 star but thats not an option to be chosen.

This review is for Emily at Morris Glen. She has been our agent for almost 3 half years. Her response time in actioning all my requests were awesome. She's friendly, considerate and a wealth of knowledge. Always willing to help where she can. I'm sad that she no longer will b my agent. Thanks again and God bless. Donna Natano
