EDIT**Pro carpet cleaning contacted us shortly after the intial technician left and arranged to send another technician out ASAP. The second technician that serviced our lounge was very friendly and did a great job.A technician was sent out to us, he arrived an hour and ten minutes late and then walked upstairs and decided that he felt unsafe to bring his equipment up our stairs. He then told us his public liability didn’t cover him for this work and left. Poorest customer service I’ve ever received.

I had never used this company previously, but very glad I did. I decided to call PRO Carpet Cleaning, as they were situated in close vicinity to my current address. John called prior to his arrival and was exactly on time (a rarity in this day and age). I walked him through my requirements and left him to it. I was very impressed with the result and with John himself, who was both pleasant and obliging. Also couldn't fault the service I received from office staff, when I first contacted this company.I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending PRO Carpet Cleaning and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Included pet hair vacuum too. Did an amazing job of getting up cat fur from my carpets. On time, efficient and super friendly as well. I highly recommend and I’ll be using them again.

Very disappointed. They no showed on the appointment time, didn’t answer my calls and then 90mins later sent a text saying they were 5 mins away. Sorry not good enough.
