I am in so much pain pre stretch i have multiple issues due to cancer treatment Chemotherapy,,hormone suppressors surgery . I would go daily if i could. The staff are amazinly happy and caring im.54 years old lady who highly recommend s this.

The Stretch Lab has finally opened in Adelaide... yay! I've struggled with slouching for decades and I've already seen improvements in my posture and flexibility after two sessions. Trust me, you won't regret visiting even if you're not into fitness and exercise. The instructors are friendly and helpful so you will be taken care of.

Can’t speak highly enough of StretchLab Norwood! I didn’t realise how good I would feel after a few sessions here. I’m already more flexible and agile! And the staff are incredible!
